1. What you get
Access to The $10K Leap Program, a 6-card PLO (PLO6) coaching program running over 6 months. It includes the training materials, two live group calls per week during the 6 months, coaching support in our private group, and access to our community. You also get access to our GTO viewer and training platform at solver.fivecardguy.com. You keep access to the course materials and group recordings for as long as we operate the platform. If we ever stop running the platform, we’ll give you advance notice so you can download them.
2. What it costs
The fee, any discount, and your payment schedule (paid in full or in instalments) are the ones set out in your individual payment confirmation. If you’re paying by instalments and a payment is missed, we may pause your access to the live calls, community and solver platform until your account is brought up to date, and the full fee remains due. If the missed payment isn’t resolved within 30 days, we may end your place in the program; the full fee remains payable. Course materials and recordings you’ve already received are not affected.
3. When you get access
We give you access once we’ve received your payment (or your agreed first instalment) and you’ve accepted these terms.
4. No guarantee of results
We provide coaching and feedback only. Poker carries financial risk and results vary. We don’t promise any particular profit, win rate or income. Examples of other players’ results are not a promise of yours. Your play and your bankroll are your own responsibility.
5. Refunds
Because you get immediate access to our materials and a limited place in the group, the fee is non-refundable once access is given, except where the law requires otherwise.
6. After the 6 months
When the 6-month program ends, you can choose to continue with us on an ongoing monthly basis. The price and what’s included will be set out separately, and continuing is optional — nothing renews automatically.
7. Updates
You keep the course materials and recordings as described above, including any corrections we make to them. New content we create later — such as new modules or future group recordings — isn’t included in this program, but may be available if you continue with us afterwards.
8. Our materials
The materials, recordings, the solver platform and community content are ours. You get a personal licence to use them for yourself. You may not copy, share, resell or redistribute them. We can remove your access if you do, or if you’re disruptive in the community.
9. Recordings
Group calls may be recorded, and we may use those recordings in our marketing. Any personal information identifying you is concealed before any such use.
10. Your details
We hold the details you give us securely and use them only to run the program and contact you about it.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Gibraltar.
